COMPLETE: Chapter One - "Ascending The Dark Sky Tower"

"Chapter One: Ascending the Dark Sky Tower" Complete!
For those who don't know what we mean by "Chapters," instead of just releasing patches like all other servers do; here on CashCow we release Chapters, Chapters to our long and epic adventure. Every few weeks (usually one or two) we release a new Chapter, that of which increases the Gameplay, forum capabilities, and/or GameSite display. In technical terms, a Chapter is also known as a "patch" or "patches" all put together and installed onto our DeDi server, and then released to all the players, so they can install in into their Client and enjoy the game that much more!
But, behind these "patches" we call Chapters, is a story and events created and hosted by the CashCow staff, so that the players can really get into the mood.
This week, we release Ascending the Dark Sky Tower!

This week, we release Ascending the Dark Sky Tower!
What Does This Chapter Release?
*TowerOfEvents (aka: DarkSkyTower) - A new map used specifically for Large staff hosted events such as: Fight the evil GMs, Climbing the Tower, Survival of the Fittest, and more!*Level 110+ Lab Mobs(only found when summoned by staff), with increased Damage and Life! They also reward 10% more experience inside the Tower.
*A new NPC named "Costume Merchant" which looks like a Mob.
*New Costumes, Items, and Costs of items in the New NPCs and updated prices and items in ItemMerchantPey
*Helga weapons can be sold for 500s each to an NPC (please sell any that you do not use)
*A NEW WAY TO MAKE MONEY: Farm Herbs: Geranium sell for 10silver each!
~*This Chapter Patch will be available for Download to the community some time after 8PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST-CashCowTime) and all other patches ( Patches 1-8 ) will be included in this Patch, so you download this one patch and get all the updates!*~

What is the tower exactly?
I mean, do you just go in and monsters spawn like normal shine, except they are higher levels and a lot hard and w/e?
Or do we have to be escorted by a GM/Staff member who spawns the monsters and we have to deal with them accordingly till we reach the top, then gain a price from said staff member?
I don't really understand... I'm only level 48 in game so v.v''

An event, staff spawns monsters, you listen to the hints, you follow them; make your way to top get exp and prizes.
