Hi I've never been able to play and the past few days I was waiting for my account to be created, it has, but when I tryed login I got a message saying my ID was banned (ID not IP) please help D: here is a screenshot. I have not been able to even log in once yet, I don't even have a character yet.

log in say ID ban but I've never played? IDBanned
