Cleric shoulder pad

Haha, you've seen it. The floaty Cleric shoulder pad [the left one]. So far, it's been on the 30, 80, and 90 armors [I haven't leveled for armor past 90 yet to test those]. It moves with the position of the character, at the level of the shoulder. However, within that position, it doesn't move with the character's shoulder. Also, not sure if this does it for male characters.

thank you ill look into it when I have some more time and see why its that happening

Oh, update. It also happens with the 99 armor, and only female armor.
