Lv110 weapons, T4 aim scrolls. :)

Could you fix these please?
The Lv110 green weapons are only useable by the Prestige classes, but the NPC ones are useable by Scout/Warrior etc. Can you change the green ones to be useable by the Lv60 classes too? That would be awesome.
And, could you pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease fix the T4 Aim scrolls? They only last for 20 seconds and don't increase aim. D;
