Dear Players,
After a long discussion, Admin Phoenix and myself have decided that the addition of a few staff members would be VERY beneficial to our server. Please understand that unlike most server, we plan on lasting a long time with the daily goal of increasing our communities size and the possession of a constant drive to develop the best server!
Do understand that we will not be hiring people whom do not have experience.
We're not looking for GM's.

*CL Spots will not be available until our server is "booming"*

What are we looking for?:
*Two new Server Developers (Devs).
-requirements:
*Must have experience with files/shine online development.
*Must understand the advanced language of SQL manager and SHN editor.
*Must be available with basic hours. (online at least 3 times a week).
*Must have the drive to develop/or already possess level 100+ skills, JobChance, and any other types of development that you think the server would benefit from.
*Must speak English.

*How much Dev experience you have: i have my own private server (used for experimenting and testing for when i want to release something to an mmorpg forum site), so quite a bit of experience.
*What other servers/pservers have you worked for?: i've worked as an Athens shine CL.
*Do you agree to our ToS which can be reviewed on our forums?: Yes.
*If a player asked you for an item, what would you do?: I'd consult my boss (admin:zero) during the start of my job. however after i know the rules i would simply go by whatever those rules dictate so if i'm not allowed then so be it. i would simply tell the player no.
*We need to develop 100+ skills, and JobChange and add Crit Suits to the server. Is any of the above tasks not feasible for you? (not do-able?): I've never tested with the 100+ skills or the job change but i am able to make easily. i've never made them crit suits but i'm a quick learner and i can test this out on my own server before releasing the files here.

*What is your experience playing shine/shine(how many years?): i started playing retail in 2007 until january/february 2010 when i switched over to Athens shine.
