Question about New Rules

Excuse mee but, I recently saw this:

H) Spam warring is not allowed. You will be warned the first time and may be subject to removal.

I) PKing in Non-PK areas deemed by the CCO staff is not allowed and will result in jail time.

ok 1st Question, what is your definition of spam warring? Is there a certain amount of time we must wait, besides the GW CD?

Now second question,"PKing in Non-PK areas" What area can we pvp in, tht we are not allowed to? Like SoD, BR, FoS, GC??
I''m just confused on these rules, and would like to better understand them. So my account will not be terminated..

Well, to answer your first question:
Here is a perfect example of spam warring.
Back in my earlier days when I was a cute level 70 archer on Bijou, my guild, which was the 5th strongest on the server (yes we all had ranks? xD) was warred by Ryekarayn, the strongest guild on our server. DreamTeam, my guild, put up a great fight, but then they got mad and we all started insulting eachother. Once our war ended, they all went to an alt guild, and warred us again.
If you are going to war a guild, you should wait 2 hours between each war. That will give members a chance to recruit, rest, go afk, level, ect.



And, I just checked in with admin Zero. None of the usual PvP maps on other private servers, are PvP here. So you can't pvp in GC because it will say "PvP is not allowed in this area."

is GC really needed or do we have AR and KP here?

We have all the maps including Bera and KP! But, we have GC for some of you that like it better there!
