dude it's a freaking guarantee... you advertise on os... someone reports. legel complaint is sent to the hoster or the admin of the game... if it's not taken down then the admin or hoster will end up being sued by outspark or onsonsoft.

Ask staff for permission on where to advertise, they will tell you the consequences of advertising on OS.

Outspark can read anything you write on their game. If you PM someone to come join our server, they will most likely consult admins about or server advertising on theirs and we will get the punishment of having to close.
